Texas Extrusion Service, Inc. are experts at reviving those old extruders and turning them into modern, updated machines that add to your profit margin. After we completely disassemble the extruder we will rebuild the gear case, install a new barrel and screw, install new heaters and cooling system. We will evaluate the motor and drive and update or replace the control panel. What will return to your shop will be a quality piece of equipment fully tested and ready to produce. Most rebuilds are performed for two-thirds of the cost of new, leaving thousands of dollars working for your company.
